  1. CODE OF  PRACTICES

Our mission is to create a memorable experience for people at Aanandakosha’s Modern Ayurveda, by offering the best of Ayurvedic treatments holistically, to improve not just one’s body but also help in bringing balance to one’s mind and soul. To achieve this goal, we will live up to the following good practices.

 

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions, amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly available online, through any mobile device, email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

We reserve the right, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the website. The changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms on this website. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. By accessing or using this site, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. 

3. INCLUSIONS

For each package, Aanandakosha has mentioned your inclusions as a part of your reservation request. Please pay close attention to your package’s inclusions. All of our packages come with a stay in a spacious room, all meals, Yoga, and meditation package. In all packages, treatments are included except for the Yoga and meditation package. For further details on inclusions, please refer to our Tariffs page and the reservation confirmation sent to your email for a final list of inclusions.

  1. DEPOSIT POLICY

At the time of your reservation, a booking amount would be requested by Aanandakosha to confirm your booking via an online link/ bank transfer within a specific time period. Aanandakosha reserves the right to withdraw/ cancel your reservation if the booking amount is not sent within the stipulated time.

We may ask for an advance, other than the deposit money also known as a guarantee. These advance deposits help cover the costs of last-minute cancellations. When required, the Aanandakosha team shall write to the guests to ask for such advance payment. 

 

5. CHECK IN CHECK OUT POLICY

Please refer to your reservation email for check-in check-out policy. By paying a deposit amount to confirm your reservation, you hereby accept Aanadakosha’s check-in check-out policy.

  1. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT POLICY

Please refer to your reservation email for our Cancellation & Postponement Policy at the time of your reservation. By paying a deposit amount to confirm your reservation, you hereby accept Aanandakosha’s cancellation and postponement policy.

  1. OUTSIDE FOOD/ BEVERAGES

All your meals are provided by our chef from our kitchen. Outside food and beverages are not permitted to ensure that your Ayurveda experience continues to focus on healing with the right food.

  1. SMOKING & ALCOHOL

Aanandakosha has a strict no-smoking policy as it is a retreat. No alcohol is permitted at Aanandakosha.

  1. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

  1. CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATION

By completing a reservation with Aanandakosha and paying the deposit, you agree to receive emails before, during and post your arrival giving you information on your reservation, on Aanandakosha. By providing your information, you also allow Aanandakosha team members to contact you via email and phone number in regards to your current or any potential future reservations at our property. See our privacy and cookies policy for more information.

In order to duly complete and secure your reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for any wrong or misspelled email address, inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number, or credit card number.

  1. COMPLAINTS/ CLAIMS

Any claim or complaint against Aanandakosha must be promptly submitted, but in any event within 15 days after the last day of service (e.g. check out date). Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 15 days may be rejected, and the claimant will forfeit the right to any (damage or cost) compensation.

Due to the updates and adjustments of rates and availability, we strongly suggest making screenshots when making a reservation to support your position (if needed).

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 We at Aanandakosha are working to exceed your expectations when you book a trip through our website, and if a dispute arises between you and us, we strive to resolve the dispute fairly and efficiently as early as possible. Accordingly, you agree to first allow us to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or any booking, this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or our relationship in connection with the Site or these or previous versions of this Agreement or our Privacy Policy or our Cookie Policy (“Claim”) by contacting us at  [email protected] before taking any other action. If we are not able to resolve your Claim within sixty (60) calendar days after we receive written notice from you of your Claim, you may seek relief for your Claim through the courts in Trivandrum only.

Your use of this website and services is at your sole risk. Aanandakosha will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or related to this agreement or the use of the services including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution, or public exhibition of the materials provided on this site, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited
